When will I receive my order?
Once your purchase is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. The order processing time is up to 3 business days, and during peak periods, processing may take a bit longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Korea via EMS and UPS.
What shipping services do you use?
We use EMS for APAC orders and UPS for all other international orders.
How can I cancel my order after purchase?
If the order has not been shipped yet, please email us at intl@edito-company.com, and we will cancel it for you.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the final payment amount at checkout.
