Once an account is deleted, it will be inaccessible-users will not be able to log in to the account.
The account and all data associated with the account will be deleted directly.

Shipping Policy

We are using EMS for APAC orders and UPS for international orders.

The delivery takes 7 to 15 business days, but it may be delayed depending on the delivery location. 

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that customs clearance can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & CUSTOMS

International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. If applicable, such fees will be collected by the carrier (e.g., UPS or local customs) upon delivery. We are not able to estimate or reimburse these costs.

If a customer refuses to pay import taxes, duties, or associated fees, they will be responsible for all return costs. This includes initial and return shipping fees, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or fees.
