Refund Policy

The return must be requested within five calendar days of the delivery date.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order.

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded

- The item must be eligible for return and will be refunded to the original form of payment.

- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

- Refunds will not include any shipping fees paid with the original order.

- The company does not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is originally damaged.

Please note: Final sale items, leather items, intimate apparel, and swimwear are not eligible for return.

Step 4. Your refund will be processed after the returned product arrives at the above address and its condition has been inspected.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us by emailing intl@edito-company.com. We will cancel your order.

Please note that we’re unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.

DAMAGE & FAULTY

We're very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition. In order to follow up on this inquiry, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of the faulty item.
