Refund Policy

Please apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing intl@edito-company.com.

The shipping cost will be charged to the sender, not the company, except for faulty items.

Returned items must be eligible for return and will be refunded to the original form of payment. (Please note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.) All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included (TAG, HANGER, DUST BAG).

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us by emailing intl@edito-company.com. We will cancel your order.

Please note that we’re unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.

DAMAGE & FAULTY

We're very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition. In order to follow up on this inquiry, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of the faulty item.

We do not accept exchanges.

If you want to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
